Meet Our Waxahachie Dental Team
Angie, Human Resources Manager/Trainer
I am proud to say that I have been with this local family-owned dental practice since 2007. I have come to know so many of you in the community as patients and friends. I managed the practice for 9 years. My role in the office has changed, as I am currently on the human resources, marketing, training, and specialty services side of dentistry. I look forward to continuing to help Waxahachie Family Dentistry, LLP® serve you the best way possible. In dentistry, my interest lies in overall patient care and how to facilitate it. I am very involved in the dental environment and how it relates to our patients, our community, and our planet. At Waxahachie Family Dentistry, LLP®, we pride ourselves on being responsible in all those areas. I am a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, the National Association of Professional Women. I am also a Registered Dental Assistant and have enjoyed working in this field nationally, as well as internationally since 1998.
Outside of the office I enjoy volunteering in my community, theater, gardening, kayaking, camping, and hiking. Aside from these, I also love traveling and spending time with my family and friends. I have two adult children, and five grandchildren. I feel honored to serve you every day. Thank you for choosing us to take care of your dental needs.

Whether it’s your first visit, your routine cleaning or for treatment, I want to make it as easy as possible. I find it a true pleasure seeing you and getting to know you and your family, it is one of the best parts of my job.
My husband and I have three grown sons and three precious grandchildren that we enjoy spending time with. The one thing I value the most is my faith in Jesus.

I am blessed to say that I joined Waxahachie Family Dentistry in 2022. I began my dental career in 1998 as a Registered Dental Assistant. One of the things I love about my career is the growth I have experienced by getting to work in many different roles over the years. At Waxahachie Family Dentistry I am a Treatment/Finance Coordinator. It is my pleasure to help you see the value of dental care and your treatment needs as well as help you understand your insurance benefits and the finance options available to you. Sarah, Insurance Coordinator
I am Sarah, I started in the dental field as a Dental Assistant in 2013, and from there I furthered my career as a Certified Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant. I spent many years working in a pulmonary office, but some part of me always wanted to come back to dentistry. In 2023 I came to Waxahachie Family Dentistry as a patient, and it was the best experience I had ever had in a dental office. Not long after that I joined the team here at WFD and it was the best decision I could have made.
My role here is insurance and finance coordinating. I am always here to help you with any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me if you need anything because I truly love helping our patients.
I have been in Ellis County most of my life. I grew up riding horses and being outside as much as possible. I am a mom to an amazing boy, his dad and I strive to let him be his best self, whether it is basketball, baseball, fishing, riding four wheelers or golf. We love to do it all!
Marisa, Treatment Coordinator
Hello, I am Marisa, I am a Treatment Coordinator here at Waxahachie Family Dentistry. I started with WFD in 2023 and have been in the dental field since 2011. I absolutely LOVE dentistry. One of my favorite things about this health care field is seeing people leave our office with a smile on their face. Having the ability to change people’s lives is a rewarding part of my job. Smiles are one of the first things people notice so being in a field where I am a part of that change makes me happy!
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children and our Goldendoodle (Kobe). In our family we do sports, so we often find ourselves traveling from game to game and practice to practice. Going to sports events is year-round in our house. Cooking with my kids and trying new recipes is something I love to do. I am “kind of famous” with my teammates at WFD for my Ceviche recipe. In my “spare time” ; ) I love reading romance and thriller novels, those are my favorite!
Dara, Special Teams/RDA
I have worked in many roles in the dental practice and have been in the field since 2013. Most of my training is in Orthodontia and I worked as a Dental Assistant for many years. I still hold my RDA license and it is something I am proud of. I became a team member here at Waxahachie Family Dentistry in 2023. As a part of the business team, I work in several different areas, and you will often find me in several positions. I am grateful for the continued education that I have learned in such a short a short time and I am excited for future growth and professional endeavors here at WFD.
I love to travel and experience new things. I am into wellness and whole-body health as it relates to nature and natural processes. I have two children (a boy and a girl), we love experiencing life together.
I look forward to meeting you.

I graduated high school in 2022 and knew right away that I wanted to attend RDA school, so I did and finished in October of 2022 and wouldn’t change it for anything. The family dynamic and closeness of the employees here at Waxahachie Family Dentistry is something that I will forever cherish.
